Consistent with the overall mission of the 4As, the Project Management Committee's Mission Statement is to be the preeminent source for information and education about agency project management operations. The committee will:
- Monitor and assess significant project management and operational matters affecting marketing services organizations
- Communicate issues and suggested solutions to Committee members and to the broader 4As Project Management Community
- Address common issues, establish best practices, facilitate training, education, informational exchanges and other activities with the objective of improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and economics of Agencies
- Provide and distribute relevant and up-to-date content fostering training and education for 4As members
- Conduct surveys and gathering information that can help agencies become more proficient
- Sponsor thought leadership (and advisory resources) relating to project management and agency operations strategies and tactics
- Facilitate collaboration among members
